I graduated with a Bachelors in Science from Purdue University in 2003, and began my lending career working for both a Lending Tree Affiliate as well as a large national bank located in Texas for several years before opening Park Place Finance in downtown Austin in 2007. I have originated over $110 million in Texas Conventional, FHA and jumbo residential loans. Through September 2012, I have originated over $20 million in conventional loans. Since starting my mortgage banking career in 2009, I have built long term relationships with my clients and referral partners. Prior to becoming a mortgage loan officer, I was a Realtor for approximately 3 years. The experience of being a Realtor gives me more knowledge of how the buying and selling side of the business works as well. In turn, I am able to confidently guide a new home buyer or experienced home buyer throughout the whole process.

After graduating from Texas State University in 2008, I started a career in Insurance. I worked as an Insurance Agent for 6 ½ years and built numerous relationships with my clients as well as realtors and mortgage lenders around the Austin Metro area. When I got married and decided to start a family I felt that there was something out there that I would excel at even more. From marketing myself as an insurance agent I had much experience in that field and decided to pursue marketing further.
I started with Park Place Finance in September of 2016 and I feel I have really helped in bringing in new relationships and maintaining those that we had already built. I believe in building trust with the people you work with and with that trust grows great business relationships. Working together as a team and letting them know that they can count on me and that I can provide them with reliable and excellent service is what I pride myself on.
Kim has been involved in the mortgage industry for over 20 years. For most of my career I worked in Southern California, I now make Austin, Texas my home and have worked for Park Place for the past 4 years.
I not only administer and handle the day to day operations but am amply capable of solving and deterring any customer problem which may arise. I have learned, managed and taken full responsibility of every aspect in the loan and mortgage industry.
